Important Note

Please submit Blood Center of Wisconsin Hemostasis Testing Requisition.

The ADAMSTS13 Evaluation comprises 3 test elements - Inhibitor, Activity and Antibody.  Each individual elements requires a aliquot of 0.5mls of plasma.

If ordering the ADAMTS 13 Activity alone please collect a 2ml Citrated Plasma Tube (Light Blue tops). 

For the ADAMTS13 Evaluation please collect 2 x 2ml Citrated Plasma Tubes (Light Blue tops). ​​​​​​​

Samples must be spun and then frozen within 4 hours of collection.
