Important Note

Outside clients submit a manual order.
Test Includes blood type (ABO & Rh) & direct antiglobulin test. Direct Antiglobulin Test (DAT) is subject to reflex testing. All positive DAT's will have a differential antiglobulin test (IgG and C3) performed at an additional charge. 

Specimens from Referral Hospitals: Please place samples in a cup labeled with the baby’s name, University of Vermont Medical Center Medical Record number and date of birth. 

Specimen Transport: Transport sample to Blood Bank Immediately.
